In this piece Kean ponders the relationship between human, land and sea. The viewer is treated to a vantage point from inside the barrel of a breaking wave on the South Shore of Oahu. The reference photo for the original work, a woodcut print, was inspired by a photo captured by North Shore surfer, friend and WSL Fantasy Surfer opponent Joey Sadoy.
