Aurum Gold Sparkling White Mead NV

This is an absurd product. Absurdly amazing! It could easily pass as wine, though my blind guess was traditional method cider. There are subtle honeyed notes that give it away as mead, but don't let that deter you from a splendid and wonderous drinking experience. This would make for an excellent 'options' wine, or pair with a cheese platter for a divine evening at home.
