Album from the Galway singer and her English husband and musical partner, first released on Mulligan in 1979. Songs drawn from the Irish, Scottish and English traditions, sourced from the Sam Henry collection, Ewan MacColl recordings and singers they'd learned from directly, set among sets of jigs, reels and hornpipes. Keane sings and plays flute, concertina, whistle and bodhrán, Faulkner sings and plays bouzouki and guitar, with Eamonn Curran on pipes and whistles and Kieran Crehan on fiddle.
