Open Water Rescue Swimmer
This is delivered as a full in-person course. The price includes all classroom, pool, open water, and/or swift water sessions as well as the certification PDF after successful completion of the course. The course will be delivered by one of WASH International’s Authorized Training Centers (ATCs) or Authorized Instructors in your geographic area. Topics include: reviews topics covered in PWC Operators, Surf Rescue, Swift Water Rescue (basic, intermediate, advanced) courses; rescue response to distressed person in the water (surface and submerged); equipment & techniques; aligns with the procedures of emergency response rescue swimming as outlined by NFPA 1006 & NFPA 1670.
