The Lemon Tart is back in a limited edition. After the success of our first sold-out series this spring, we are launching a small production of 90 boxes, made possible thanks to the remaining packaging from the original edition. Inside: a delicate, lightly sweetened white chocolate shell, an intense lemon crémeux inspired by lemon curd, vanilla Italian meringue, and a reconstructed Breton shortbread with fleur de sel.
