The Lincat Opus 700 OG7106/N is a 16-litre commercial single-tank freestanding natural gas fryer designed for high-output kitchen environments. The fryer features an accurate, close-tolerance thermostat to deliver consistent cooking results with every cycle. The fully-welded stainless steel tank and unobstructed interior make it quick and easy to clean. The fryer is equipped with a Deep Cool Zone located below the heating mechanism to catch debris, prolonging oil life and reducing waste disposal costs and features an internal drain valve for easy draining of oil.
