For the most accurate results, be sure to follow these timing guidelines: Wait 72 hours after using vaginal creams, gels, suppositories, antifungals, or contraceptive products Wait 48 hours after sexual intercourse Wait 5 days after your menstrual period ends Do not test if menstrual blood or urine is present in the vagina Avoid washing or showering immediately before testing How It Works: Collect your sample Use the provided sterile swab and gently insert it about 5 cm into the vagina. Hold in place for around 10 seconds to ensure proper moisture.
