Compact Victorian console table, offered in a warm mahogany-toned finish. The piece has two short drawers with round wooden knobs, turned spindle legs and the original ceramic castors which make it easy to move. The raised rear gallery gives the top a traditional silhouette and keeps books or small items from sliding off the back. Dimensions Width: 114cm Depth: 57cm Height: 81cm Condition Structurally sound and sturdy. There are multiple surface marks and scratches across the top and edges, light scuffs to the turned legs and some wear to the finish consistent with age and use. The original ceramic castors are present but show paint loss and handling wear. Fits well as a small hall table, console or writing desk with honest vintage character.
