The AB8500 CashFit is a professional mixed-value counter and fitness sorter designed for banks, cash rooms, retailers, currency exchanges, casinos, and other high-volume cash-handling environments. It counts mixed denominations while evaluating the physical condition and authenticity of each banknote. The AB8500 can identify and separate fit and unfit bills based on conditions such as stains, adhesive tape, tears, dirt, holes, graffiti, and folded or missing corners. It also supports ATM, circulation, face, version, mixed, and orientation sorting modes. Advanced sensors analyze banknote dimensions, thickness, visible and infrared characteristics, optically variable ink, fluorescence, magnetic properties, security threads, watermarks, spectral absorption, and other security features. OCR technology reads and verifies serial numbers in real time and can compare them against a blacklist. The AB8500 processes up to 1,200 bills per minute when counting and 1,000 bills per minute when sorting. It supports up to 61 preprogrammed currencies, integrates with compatible banking systems, and stores up to 32 GB of transaction data.
