Maui Cocktail Infusion Kits: Haleakala Sunset

It also makes an incredible Hawaiian mocktail. When infused, these ingredients create a vibrant, fruity spirit that works beautifully in spritzes, shaken cocktails, or simple over-ice pours. The bright citrus blend of pineapple, orange, lemon, and lilikoi (passionfruit) are balanced with the smoothness of the coconut to create a perfectly balanced cocktail. Simple Preparation (8-10 servings): Add 16-20oz of your preferred spirit and steep for 1-3 days. Our favorite way to serve (but not the only way) 2 oz Haleakala Sunset Infused Rum (Aged, white or even spiced rum will work beautifully) Pour over crushed or cubed ice Top with sparkling water, add a squeeze of fresh lemon, stir and garnish with a slice of orange or pineapple
