Before establishing La Closerie in Gueux, he worked closely with the legendary Anselme Selosse, whose influence encouraged him to bottle wines under his own label. Prévost has since earned a cult following for his low-intervention philosophy, meticulous vineyard work and highly allocated Champagnes that express individual vineyard sites with remarkable precision. The Grand Cru cuvée is a recent addition to the La Closerie range. Unlike the estate's Pinot Meunier-based wines from Gueux, this bottling is produced from carefully sourced Grand Cru fruit, showcasing Prévost's interpretation of Champagne's finest terroirs. Style: Rich yet precise, combining the power of Grand Cru fruit with vibrant acidity, chalky minerality and a Burgundian sense of texture.
