The Farm Elto Coffee is the vision of Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene, a couple from Sidama Bensa driven by a deep passion for coffee. Their project, Elto, is dedicated to showcasing the full richness of Ethiopian terroirs through exclusive nano-lots of remarkable clarity and complexity. Working hand in hand with smallholder farmers from surrounding communities, they carefully select the ripest cherries and transform them with a rare precision, blending traditional knowledge with contemporary innovation. Each lot is treated as a canvas, where processing methods like washed, natural, and honey are reimagined to highlight the singular expression of Sidama’s terroir.
