Pale salmon pink in colour. Notes of white flowers that then develop into white peach skin. Velvety texture with a sense of citrus peel and the zestiness of an essential oil. Kumquat and delicate small berries with a fresh herbal and savoury dry finish, proper Provencal rosé for the season.
