2018 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Exceptionally smooth and velvety. Lots of dark fruits and hints of vanilla oak. The tannins are soft and well balanced, with that 'creamy' broad finish you'd expect from a well aged Cabernet. A wine ideally suited to beef, spicy meats, veal, kangaroo & roast duck. Equally delicious with all cheeses and charcuterie platters.
