Edwardian French 18k/Platinum Diamond Navette Ring

A gorgeous diamond ring from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! Crafted in 18k yellow gold and platinum, the front of this ring features a pill-shaped centerpiece, which features 3, central diamonds. The bezel-set stones, vary in cut, with the central stone being a .95ct Peruzzi cut diamond. The Peruzzi cut diamond displays G/H color and SI1 clarity. The remaining stones are both old mine cuts, which have an approximate total carat weight of .55ctw. The remainder of the pill-shaped centerpiece frame is encrusted with 24 bead-set single cut diamonds, which have an approximate total carat weight of .60ctw. The centerpiece's frame also features dainty geometric cutouts, and the remainder of the band is smooth and simple. The inside of the shank features an eagle-motif hallmark, which indicates that the piece was crafted in France. A striking piece, this ring would make a one-of-a-kind addition to any antique jewelry collection! Measurements: The ring is currently a size 7.5, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1.32mm. The centerpiece has a height of 7/8" and a width of 5/8". Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold and platinum setting, and all of the stones are intact and securely set.
