Mandheling Sumatra

This distinctive Mandheling coffee from Sumatra is grown on small farms, typically covering around two hectares. At elevations between 1,100 and 1,500 metres, the volcanic soil, humid tropical climate and slow ripening process create a full-bodied coffee with low acidity and characteristic earthy, spicy and subtly herbal notes. Medium Roast. Best prepared with filter and french press / cafetière.
