A T-bone is the classic steakhouse cut, with a striploin on one side of the bone and the tenderloin on the other. Ours are aged for a minimum of 35 days to open the grain for tenderness and concentrate the intense beef flavour. Average Size: 800 g (1.5" steak) * The total price is an estimate, based on an average weight and price.
