Sold in 16oz packs of skin-on fillets, vacuum-packed and super-frozen Origin: USA (wild) *While some companies freeze sockeye in the summer to have it year round, at Wulf's sockeye is available in season only. Our fish is brought in from Alaska at its peak, cut by hand, and super-frozen promptly so every piece you get is the best sockeye salmon available.
