TCG Trade-N-Play Tarpon Springs – Vendor Tables TCG Trade-N-Play returns to Tarpon Springs for another packed day of trading cards, collectors, families, and the Tampa Bay TCG community! 📍 EVENT DETAILS Saint Nicholas Community Center 348 N Pinellas Ave. Tarpon Springs, FL 34689 📅 Saturday, October 3, 2026 ⏰ 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 🎟️ VENDOR TABLE OPTIONS All vendor tables at this event are 6 ft tables. Section A – $125 per table Premium placement within the main vendor layout. Section B – $100 per table Standard vendor placement. Please review the vendor floor plan before selecting your section. ⏰ VENDOR SETUP Vendor load-in and setup begins at 8:00 AM. All vendors should be fully set up and ready for guests prior to doors opening at 10:00 AM. 📋 VENDOR POLICIES Tablecloths are required on all vendor tables. Vendor tables are non-transferable and may not be resold or transferred to another vendor. Any co-vendors or businesses sharing a table must be approved in advance. Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, displays, equipment, and valuables. Event details and vendor instructions are subject to change. Final load-in and event instructions will be emailed to registered vendors prior to the event. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE Purchasing a vendor table constitutes your commitment to participate in the event.
