This is a Paint Juicy night. Big energy, bigger music, and a room laughing at its own canvases by the second hour. Lotti Rem is on live vocals the whole way through, so the singalong is a real voice leading the room rather than a playlist and a hopeful nudge. Your host guides every brushstroke on the mic, so nobody gets stranded at step four. Natural breaks between layers give everyone time to grab a drink, take photos and get their breath back before the next big chorus lands. Disco, classic rock and the throwbacks everyone secretly knows every word to. This is the second night of our Townsville run, so if Friday sold out or you fancy both, the artwork and the era are completely different and you will not paint the same thing twice. Tonight's Artwork Whale of a Time Two humpbacks launch out of the water against a sunset that cannot pick just one colour, deep blue up top melting through pink, red and gold at the horizon. One breaches with a fin in the air while a tail waves off to the side, and under the surface a little school of fish darts through the turquoise. Big, bold and completely doable from the very first brushstroke, with all the room in the world to make that sky your own. Realistically you will not resist. Expect call and response moments and choruses you forgot you knew every word to. Do I need painting experience? None at all. We guide every step from blank canvas to finished painting, and that sunset is far more forgiving than it looks. Can I do both Townsville nights? Yes, and a few people will. Friday is the 80s and 90s with a sea turtle, Saturday is the 70s and 80s with the whales. Different era, different canvas, book them separately. Is this good for a hens or birthday group? Absolutely.
