All Things Delicious Snowskin Mooncakes (V)

Introducing the highly anticipated All Things Delicious snowskin halal mooncakes. This limited edition handcrafted Mid-Autumn mooncake collection comes in four flavours that are bright and delicate, balanced and not-too-sweet. I would normally start off with my favourite one, but on this occasion, I find myself a little undecided. Can I say that I love them all equally? Nope I will not, but I will say this: I enjoyed them all! They are quite different from one another and I love being delighted with each bite! Firstly let’s talk about the snowskin. My preference has always been snowskin mooncakes (vs baked) because I love the chewy texture from glutinous rice. The toasted glutinous rice powder is mixed with extra virgin olive oil to form a lovely, soft and mochi-like texture. And just so you know, we do not use any artificial colours or flavours, so these are all natural! And they are vegetarian mooncakes too. White Lotus with Coconut Gula Melaka Mooncake (yellow snowskin) - traditional with a nutty interior Black Sesame with Pistachio Praline Mooncake (white snowskin) - a contrast of flavours that come together in harmony Purple Potato with Lychee Cream Cheese Mooncake (purple snowskin) - Lychee and cheese wrapped in an irresistible combination of purple sweet potato and yam. Pengat MSW Durian Mooncake - with pure mao shan wang durian cooked down with pandan, coconut milk and gula melaka, this is heavenly.
