If you have already bought two or three pillows this year and none of them worked, read this paragraph before anything else. The CloudFlex Pro is firm, it comes in one height, and it weighs 2.5 kg. If what you want is a pillow you sink into, this is the wrong one and we would rather say so now than take your money and argue about it in three weeks. What is actually inside it No memory foam. No latex. No shredded fill. The core is a single piece of hyper-elastic TPE gel, moulded into an open honeycomb grid, and you can see straight through it. That open structure is the whole point: it carries weight by flexing, not by compressing, and air moves through the core instead of collecting under your ear. The shape is contoured rather than flat — roughly 10 cm under the neck and 8 cm under the head, so your neck is held slightly higher than the back of your skull.
