Its simply a matter of tightening them over time/with use. Exposing the fidget to water may result int he bearing rusting which will impact function. The centre part is aluminium for the silver and gold cog, black powder coated stainless steel in the black cog & treated stainless steel in the oil slick cog. The inner cog is stainless steel in all.
