The 6th release in the Bourbon & Rye Series is part of a small list of exceptional Irish grain whiskeys on the market. This whiskey’s journey began at Cooley Distillery, where it was distilled and matured for a minimum of 10 years with an injection of 15 year old Cooley grain from ex Rye casks. We carefully selected the rye cask component to offer an additional characteristic – the spiciness of a rye whiskey. It complements the vanilla, caramel and honey notes you expect from an ex-bourbon cask grain whiskey. 48% ABV 70 cl
