Leccino is an Italian variety that has been grown in Istria for centuries, where it has developed its own character. This oil is single-variety, meaning it comes exclusively from Leccino fruits from a single estate. No blending, no mixing. The first thing you notice in the glass is its colour, a deep emerald green. On the palate, it is the most approachable of our four oils: distinctly fruity, with a balanced pepperiness that is noticeable without being overpowering.
