Sam's Wedding Goan Chicken Curry

That's right. Sam served up Goan Chicken Curry at his wedding, and it was so delicious we just had to share it with you too! Reintroducing our classic Goan Fish Curry, but with the Fish swapped for Chicken. And believe us, it's 10/10. This fragrant coconut curry is rich in flavour; pieces of free range chicken are gently simmered in toasted spice, coconut milk, fresh curry leaves and lime zest, with roasted fennel and chunks of sweet potato.
