Industrial Design-Multifunctional Integrated Large Knob Design The design of VINTEM75 begins with a simple idea: a keyboard should have its own visual signature. Its clean, geometric frame is machined from a single block of aluminum, balancing minimal surfaces with a strong industrial presence. The 39mm oversized rotary knob sits prominently in the upper-right corner, becoming the defining visual element of the keyboard. More than a decorative accent, the knob is engineered as a functional component: Bearing-supported structure for stable rotation Zero-center wobble design for precise control Carefully tuned encoder resistance for smooth yet confident feedback One glance identifies the keyboard. The rotary knob features an internal bearing linkage system that keeps the rotation centered and stable. Its tactile resistance was tuned repeatedly to preserve the satisfying “click-by-click” certainty of vintage controls while remaining fluid during continuous scrolling.
