Ethiopia, Hallo Beriti, Filter Roast
This lightly roasted filter coffee is full of stewed berry notes and a hint of choc. It's from Gedeb Halloberiti, a washing station in the Gedeo zone. It gets its name from the nearby village of Hallo Beriti. This coffee taste best 2-3 weeks post-roast.
