Your own voice sounds natural when you speak, and unamplified frequencies come through as-is. Best for high-frequency loss where low-frequency hearing is near-normal. More prone to feedback and not suited for those who need bass amplification. Single Vent Moderate hearing loss Similar in shape to the Open dome but with a single small vent. Provides better amplification of lower frequencies and reduced feedback, while still allowing some air movement for comfort. A good middle-ground for moderate, broader hearing loss. Power Moderate to profound hearing loss The most occlusive dome available. Power domes seal the ear canal more completely, significantly reducing feedback while delivering strong low-frequency reproduction. Recommended for more severe hearing loss where maximum amplification is required across all frequencies. Not sure which size to choose? Match your current dome — the size is usually printed on the dome itself or on the original packaging. If you're unsure, 8 mm is the most commonly used size for adults.
