Time to Write Introduced in 1960, the Accutron Spaceview transformed watch design by placing its electronic tuning fork movement on display. What began as a demonstration model became one of Accutron’s most recognizable watches, celebrated for making advanced technology visible. Its open construction, signature green accents and tuning fork emblem inspired the Esterbrook Spaceview, translating the watch’s key design codes into a writing instrument. Spaceview introduces the first transparent demonstrator, Estie. Its polished acrylic cap and barrel reveal the filling system, threads and internal connections that are normally hidden. Gold-plated components and the Accutron green grip remain visible even when the pen is closed, allowing the pen’s construction to become a central part of the design. To mark this partnership more holistically, Accutron’s identity appears throughout the Spaceview, beginning with the signature green acrylic grip section. The tuning fork emblem is set into the top dome. The Spaceview arrives in co-branded presentation packaging developed to connect with both Accutron and Esterbrook collectors. Dual branding appears across the box, while a clear presentation window provides an immediate view of the pen inside and a nod to the watch that inspired this collection.
