A ready-to-drink, wine-based citrus cocktail made from a generic white sparkling wine base from the Veneto region of Italy, blended with Sicilian lemon infusions and mint. Preparation: Fill a large long-stemmed wine glass with ice cubes. Pour in Bottega Gold, Bottega Limoncino, soda water and stir well. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
