Gray Arm + Gray Wrist: one 420 mm upper-arm band and one 280 mm wrist band. Installation Release the installed CIRQA band from the tracker body. Align the selected FlexPair attachments and press both sides fully into place. Gently tug-test each connection. Position on wrist or upper arm as selected, then adjust to a secure, comfortable fit. Materials, care & what’s included Material: breathable woven nylon with stitched edges and loop adjustment hardware. Included: the one-band or two-band configuration named in the selector. CIRQA tracker not included. Care: remove the tracker before cleaning; hand wash bands with cool water and mild soap, then air dry completely. FAQs Which option should I choose for upper-arm wear?Choose a configuration labeled Upper Arm 420 mm or one of the sets that explicitly includes an arm band.Do two-piece sets include two CIRQA trackers?No. No tracker is included. Sets include only the replacement bands listed in the configuration name.Can I move one CIRQA tracker between the bands?Yes. Each included band is designed for Garmin CIRQA, so you can move your tracker between compatible wrist and upper-arm configurations.How should an upper-arm band fit?Snug enough to stay positioned above the biceps without feeling restrictive.
