Brixeur Ignis Vodka

PEPPER | SPICY | TROPICAL One of Brixeur Spirits' newest releases and the second in a series of botanical vodkas, we created this for those who like a little spice in life. It starts with a distinct union of three ingredients: wheat from the champagne region of France, potatoes from Poland, and Pinot Noir grapes from Trisaetum Winery, a vodka as complex as it is pure. We added local habanero peppers and ghost peppers, then balanced those with mango, pineapple, and pink peppercorn. Finally, we barrel-aged this one to round out the complex flavors and aromas to give you a spicy yet balanced pepper vodka you can drink over ice or in a bloody mary.
