Haas CNC Flood Coolant Control Decal

Stop the Flood Haas left the spindle flood coolant shutoff unmarked. When you grab the hose to clean out your machine, you're guessing which way kills the spindle flood. This decal fixes that. Die-cut vinyl fits cleanly around the switch. Red OFF, white ON, no ambiguity. Designed for Haas VMCs and UMCs with the standard flood coolant rotary switch. Fits many VF series, and UMC, like our 2022 UMC-500SS pictured. Die-cut premium vinyl Red OFF for instant visibility Does not include PDX CNC logo, but we can make that happen 😉 Installation Degrease - Wipe switch area with Dawn Powerwash (purple) or similar degreaser. Remove all coolant and oil. Dry - Wipe with a clean lint-free cloth. IPA wipe - Clean again with isopropyl alcohol (90%). Let fully dry. Align - Position decal around switch before committing. Apply - Press from center outward. Squeegee or use a credit card edge to eliminate bubbles. Optional Cure - Let adhesive set 24 hours before exposing to coolant spray.
