Apricot cake
The apricot season is starting so here is our sunken apricot cake to mark the start of the season! It’s an almond base sunken cake with a gooey, sticky texture and it’s delicious! The finely ground almonds give it a frangipane-ish, moist flavor. The addition of sourdough balances the sweetness. Pairs perfectly with vanilla ice cream but personally I like it on its own!
