Our 300Tdi injector spill rail returns excess fuel from the injectors back to the pump, and we’ve built it from braided stainless-steel hose and quality fittings to outlast the original rubber assembly by a wide margin. As the rubber ages it hardens and cracks, drawing air into the fuel line and causing hard starting, rough running and fuel weeping over a hot engine.
