Heddon "Head-On" Basser 8500, 9P Shiner Scale Color, L-Rig Hardware. I am fairly certain this is a Shiner, but the red on the side is so vibrant and prominent that sets is aside from other shiners. Hard to find vintage bait here with glass eyes and early L-Rig hardware. Lure is about 4 1/4" long. Used with some wear and a few marks but in overall good condition. See photos.
