Originally developed by Kris Bergstrom, this reimagined series is led by Alex Ito and ManMan Mui. Each session features original beats created by Alex and choreography developed collaboratively by Alex and ManMan, inviting participants to explore groove, flow, musicality, and creative expression through movement. - Price: $35 Uchikomi with UnitOne - Date/Time: 8/15 (Sat) and 8/29 (Sat), 12-1:45pm - Description: ・Uchikomi with UnitOne! ・Uchikomi is about the repetition of rhythms in ways to improve aspect of your physical and mental ability ・The goal is for the body to grasp the concept of using form over power and to gain strength in both stamina and endurance ・Playing is heavily emphasized around Odaiko and Beta style - Price: $35 --------------------------------------------------------------- Payment Options - Drop-in class: $35 per class Refund Policy Please note that our courses/classes are non-refundable once purchased.
