This game is available only through disaster wargame exercise facilitation requests as the game requires a Certified Disaster Wargaming Instructor to facilitate it. The base game is based on the historic Weyauwega, Wisconsin Trail Derailment Incident. This game can be tailored and customized to other train derailment incidents and localized to any community.
