Helps remove sebum, dust, germs, and all other makeup residue on eyelashes. Increases retention of the eyelashes. Ingredients: Disodium Glycerin Water Betaine 60mL How to use: Apply to the eyelids and eyelashes with a lash cleansing brush. Gently massage across eyelids. Rinse off gently with water and pat dry.
