Nose: Fresh and expressive, with aromas of vanilla, honey and ripe fruits. Notes of pear, green apple and peach are complemented by citrus zest, white flowers and soft malt sweetness. Gentle oak, toasted almonds and a hint of coconut emerge with time, adding depth without overpowering the spirit. Palate: Smooth and rounded, offering flavours of vanilla cream, baked apple and poached pear alongside light caramel and shortbread. The bourbon cask contributes subtle notes of toasted coconut and sweet oak, while delicate spice in the form of white pepper and cinnamon provides balance. The distillery’s elegant, fruity character remains at the forefront throughout. Finish: Medium to long, with lingering notes of vanilla, honey and soft oak. Hints of citrus peel, malt biscuits and gentle baking spice gradually fade, leaving a clean, balanced and refined conclusion.
