Gelb TLZ N°6 (2019)

This wine is made from 90% chardonnay and 10% sauvignon blanc, grown on grass-covered slopes at 500 meters elevation with stony soil rich in iron and quartz. It undergoes malolactic fermentation and matures for 14 months in large used oak barrels before being bottled without clarification or filtration.
