Cavidagel is a sterile, ampoule hydrogel with alginate. It includes an applicator for easy and precise application to wounds. The gel is used to promote healing by debriding necrotic tissue and creating a moist wound environment.
- Cavidagel can be used for diabetic ulcers, venous and arterial leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, and first and second-degree burns.
- Cavidagel should not be used on third-degree burns or by people allergic to its components.
