Package Details 1. Definitions and Age Categories Participant: Any individual who takes part in the Fun Package rides. Infant/Toddler: Any individual below 90cm in height. Note: Free of charge but with specific attraction restrictions. See "Accessibility and Health Considerations" below under Restricted Entry category. Accompaniment Required: Children below 120cm in height must be accompanied by a paying adult. Note: Adult must be 18 years old and above. Minimum Height: All participants must be at least 90cm tall. There is no upper age limit. See "Accessibility and Health Considerations" below. OKU: Refers to Orang Kurang Upaya, which translates to Individuals with Disabilities. 2. Pricing and Entry Nationality: Package prices are applicable to Malaysian visitors only. Ticket Redemption: Package entry is exclusively redeemable through the i-City SuperApp. The purchased package will be credited to your account under "Fun > My Tickets > My Active Tickets." Present the QR code from the i-City SuperApp at each attraction for entry. (VIEW GUIDE ON REDEMPTION THROUGH i-City SuperApp) Valid Ticket: All visitors inside i-City Theme Park using the Fun Package must possess a valid ticket. Valid Visit Period: Tickets can be used on any date BEFORE 8 June 2026, subject to attraction availability. No extensions will be granted. Same-Day Use Only: Ticket entry is VALID for the SAME DAY of redemption only. No carry-forward or re-entry on another day is allowed. Single Entry: The Fun Package provides single entry on the same day of your visit. Activation and Expiry: Once any attractions or ride within the package is activated, the entire ticket becomes valid for the same day only, regardless of whether all entitlements have been used. Single Redemption Session: Tickets purchased in a single transaction must be redeemed together and CANNOT be split across multiple days or users. Package Inclusions: The Fun Package does INCLUDES entry to the following: Immersive Winterland London Village Bowl America Jumpix SeaWorld Surcharge for Non-Compliance: Any visitor found inside the park without a valid ticket and wristband will be liable to a surcharge of RM300.00. 3. Mandatory Waiver Form Waiver Required: Prior to entering i-City Theme Park, all visitors must complete a "Waiver Form." Adult/Guardian Completion: The Waiver Form must be completed by: Adult visitors (17 years or older) for themselves. Parents or legal guardians for any accompanying children (under 17 years of age). Failure to complete the form will deny entry to i-City Theme Park. 4. Safety and Conduct Rules Grip Socks Required: All individuals entering SeaWorld and JumPix Arena are required to wear grip socks (socks with a rubber layer underneath) that meet i-City’s safety standards. Note: Grip socks are NOT included in the ticket price. Visitors are allowed to bring their own grip socks that meet i-City’s standards or purchase them separately at RM7/pair. Assumption of Risk: Participation in i-City Theme Park activities is at your own risk. Park Attendant Instructions: All visitors must comply with all rules and instructions given by i-City Theme Park attendants. Unsafe behavior: Engaging in unsafe or unruly behavior is prohibited within the park premises Supervision: Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of their children. Personal Belongings: Parents and guardians are responsible for safeguarding their valuables and clothing. i-City Theme Park is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Prohibited Items: Outside Food and Drinks: No outside food or beverages are permitted within i-City Theme Park. Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited. Jewelry and Sharp Objects: Jewelry and sharp objects are not permitted. Do not wear or carry loose items like steel belt buckles, key chains, or hard objects in your pockets. 5. Accessibility and Health Considerations Infants/Toddlers: Infants under 1 year old or those unable to walk independently are not permitted in London Village for safety reasons. Access to other attractions is subject to both safety requirements and ticketing policies, including the requirement of a valid ticket for entry to London Village. Individuals with Disabilities (OKU), Wheelchair Users, Pregnant Women: Entry for individuals with mobility disability (OKU), wheelchair users, and pregnant women is subject to the safety regulations and general terms and conditions of each individual attraction within i-City Theme Park. Please contact us directly for inquiries about specific attractions. Immersive Winterland 360° Immersive Explorer (Cinema): Children must be 120cm & above to enter the 360 Immersive Explorer. Pregnant women, individuals with hypertension or heart disease, and OKU with Mobility Disability are NOT allowed to enter for safety reasons. Prams: Prams and wheelchair are NOT ALLOWED in any attractions. General Safety: Entry to i-City Theme Park rides and attractions for the above-mentioned restricted individuals is subject to the safety regulations and general terms and conditions of i-City Theme Park. Please contact us directly for further inquiries. 6. Refunds and Exchanges No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges (to cash or i-City SuperApp credit) will be issued after the purchase transaction is complete. Maintenance/Closure: No refunds will be issued due to ride maintenance, ride closures, or inclement weather. 7.
