Decaf - Colombian Single Origin
On the edge of the Andes, caressed by breezes from both the Pacific Ocean and Caribbean Sea, Risaralda coffee trees are rooted in Volcanic, nutrient rich soil and produce some of the best coffee in the country. This area is declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site for being an exceptional example of a cultural, sustainable landscape. Sugarcane decaf process extracts caffeine using the natural ethyl acetate obtained from the fermentation of sugar- cane grown in Colombia and not from chemical synthesis.
