Fresh wild garlic and jalapenos with full on mustard heat, then blended with the finest cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Somerset for a delicious buttery texture. Behind the name: the botanical name for wild garlic is Allium ursinum, or "bear garlic" and Ursula is a name that means "little bear".
