Suggested Use: Female teens: Apply two pumps in the morning and two pumps in the evening for three consecutive weeks, followed by one week of rest, repeat monthly. This rest period is intended to coincide with your menstrual bleed. Male teens: Apply two pumps in the morning and two pumps in the evening. Use daily. No rest week required.
