This is the most premium cut we offer. The bison tenderloin is exceptionally tender. Our whole bison tenderloin is where our filet mignon is cut from. With the whole tenderloin, you have the option of cutting it into individual filets to cook on the grill or stove top or roasting whole in the oven. The whole tenderloin will easily feed 6+ people.
