CHOOSING Your Key: If you are a beginner..this key, (A), is highly recommended by Vardges from Vamelo and other professional players, as this is the traditional key that duduks are made in, there are loads of learning and music material for this key, and most traditional duduk music that you will hear will be in this key. Of course, the choice is up to you! 440 Hz will also be easier to play with other instruments, but A 432 Hz is also beautiful and you can find drone music(backing tracks) to play along with. Also, keep in mind that your embouchure can change the pitch of a 432 to 440 with practice.
