The world's only keyed, locking plate for Packout organizers. Attach and lock all full and compact Packout organizers. When locked, Packout organizers are fully secured and can't be removed. Note: Half panel does not include a lock. Each rail comes with a tie-down cleat. Explore other accessory options, such as Integral Panels, Integral locks, and Track Nuts to add universal accessories. Slide-N-Lock: The cleat system locks and unlocks with the twist of a handle. Unlock, slide it to your desired position, and lock it in place. You can change cleat positions within seconds.
